Welcome to the extranet area for Lloyd's Register.
We are pleased to let you know that as part of an ongoing client service improvement programme we have developed an online certificate retrieval system. The online system will enable you to access your certificates in digital form within 4 days of the final inspection.
The certificates will be digitally signed and hosted on a secure extranet on our website which will be available to download 24 hours a day. When a new certificate is uploaded to your extranet account an email will automatically be sent to you to inform you that the certificate is available for download.
This service is free and will allow you to provide certification evidence to your clients’ with minimum delay, following the final inspection, This form of access to your certificates ensures not only timely access but also supports a paperless philosophy
The certificates will be available to you for downloading for 30 days after which the certificates will be deleted from your account, however the digital certificates can still be made available to you by contacting our Coventry office.
The facility will be fully operational from 1st February 2012 and your log in details will be forwarded to you together with directions. Should you wish to opt-out of the system and continue to receive hard copy certificates, or need to clarify any aspect, then please email us at ukenergy@lr.org or call +44 (0)2476 518630.
Whilst this initiative serves to both improve our client service provision and our environmental credentials, we recognise that some clients will wish to opt-out of the proposed system. Should you wish to opt-out we will be pleased to extend the current hard copy distribution for a further year but would advise that from February 1st 2013, the posting of hard copy certificates would attract a small additional fee per certificate
