What is Independent Verification and Validation?

We provide assurance that a system will be fit for operation and meet its requirements for safety, availability, quality and function. Such independent assurance can be a requirement of external stakeholders such as project financiers and regulatory bodies.

Assessment and monitoring

Assessment and monitoring of the development process and the associated management systems from the earliest stages of the project will be undertaken by sampling project deliverables throughout the phases of the project. The results of the phased assessments will determine the level of confidence that is engendered by the client in the performance of the completed system.

Implementation plan

An implementation plan is prepared for the execution of all IV&V Services, providing details of the organisation that we will put in place. Regular progress reporting and working group meetings will provide feedback and assurances as to the performance of the project and highlighting any issues that may require attention.
